Ingredients
- 4cl Granskauen Gin
- 2.5cl Lemon Juice
- 2cl Sugar Snap Pea Syrup
- 1cl Elderflower Liqueur (St. germain)
- 2 dashes wormwood bitters/absinthe
Steps
- Mix all ingredients into a rocks glass
- Garnish with a cucumber slice and fresh grated nutmeg

Negroni
Ingredients
- 2cl Granskauen Gin
- 2cl Sweet Vermouth
- 2cl Campari
Steps
- Stir all ingredients over ice
- Strain
- Garnish with orange peel
Light and Fruity
Clover Club
Ingredients
- 4cl Granskauen Gin
- 2cl Raspberry Syrup
- 2cl Lemon Juice
- 1cl Dry Vermouth (Dolin Vermouth de Chambéry Dry)
- 1 Egg White
Steps
- Add all ingredients except for egg white together in shaker with ice and shake until chilled
- Remove ice and add egg white to shaker, shake again
- Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with fresh raspberries

Gimlet
Ingredients
- 4cl Granskauen Gin
- 2cl Lime Cordial (Homemade)
- 1cl Dry Vermouth (Dolin Vermouth de Chambéry Dry)
Steps
- Shake all ingredients together with ice
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a dried lime wheel

Gin and Tonic
Ingredients
- 4cl Granskauen Gin
- 10cl Tonic Water
Steps
- Add ingredients into a glass with ice and stir to combine.
- There are plenty of types of tonic out there to try out, one for everyone
- We love to garnish with things like herbs, berries, flowers, or a bit of lime. But experiment with your own favourites.

Bramble
Ingredients
- 4cl Granskauen Gin
- 2cl Lemon Juice
- 1cl Creme de Mure
Steps
- Mix Gin and Lemon Juice in a glass with crushed ice and stir to chill
- Fill up with crushed ice to the top
- Gently pour Creme de Mure over the back of the spoon so it flows down over the ice
- Garnish with lemon peel and a blackberry
